The zinc information centre (ZINC) was set up in 2001 to provide a coherent and united voice for the zinc industries in the UK and Ireland. It is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of the industry its customers.

ZINC provides help and advice by telephone and email to users and specifiers on all aspects of zinc including information concerning health and environmental issues. Enquiries of a commercial nature are usually passed on to the relevant members of the organisation.
